You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in the establishment of store action plans, financial metric results, and the development of hourly Team Members in the restaurant.

The Account Manager builds, improves, and maintains relationships with clients and employees, develops and retains staff, coordinates needed support services, and solves problems to effectively manage account operations. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in event operations, venue management, or client account management, preferably within major collegiate athletics, professional sports or large-scale entertainment venues.
The incumbent is responsible for the day to day operational management of the customer-facing programs providing program management support, performing a variety of tasks on straightforward to moderately complex, small to medium scale energy efficiency programs serving the residential, business, public sector and agriculture market segments. Analyze and review reports, spreadsheets, and program tracking database for accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility; identify errors in both written and text documents and resolve; perform field inspections at customer facilities and report accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility of work performed by the trade partners.
