Experience utilizing Practice Problem Solving tools to include FMEA, 8D, Cause & Effect (Fishbone), 5 Why, Pareto Charts, Design of Experiment (DOE).Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
