The Bilingual Appointment Coordinator is responsible for enabling patients to access care at the clinic by providing administrative support to the Providers, answering telephone calls from patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing for a smooth and efficient patient flow process. Essential Job Functions:Obtains statement from patients or family as to nature of visit, anticipating needs of provider accordingly so as to schedule appropriate time slot for each visit.
Qualifications: Education
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Completion of an accredited Vocational Nursing School program OR become licensed by equivalency required
Experience
• 2 years of Long Term Care experience required
• Experience in completion of MDS assessments preferred
• Experience utilizing electronic health record systems (PCC) (e.g., PointClickCare) preferred
Licenses and Certifications
• LVN - Current State of California Licensed Vocational Nurse License required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in the success of our roofing projects.
GHD will reimburse 50% of the cost of the following to maximum of $250.00 reimbursement annually for such items as: Health club membership fees, Home exercise equipment purchases, Bicycles, Race, run & marathon entrance fees, Smoking cessation programs, Weight loss programs (i.e.-Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig), Fitbits and Fitness Tracking devices. Team Collaboration: Participate in a team environment working closely with other Project Coordinators, Project Managers (PMs), Project Directors (PDs) and Technical Leads as well as other Field Technicians/Scientists/Engineers.
