Ensures accurate entry of privileges, arranges authorization process to allow practitioners electronic medical record access, makes all appropriate entries into the credentialing software to activate the practitioner and ensure practitioner inclusion in rosters, directories, and reports. Major Responsibilities: Provides support in the day-to-day coordination of the medical staff functions, which includes preparing for meetings, coordinating the credentialing and privileging process, participating in quality assessment and improvement activities which may include peer review and performance data. The Service Dispatcher, under the supervision of the Office Manager, plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational aspects of the Service Department. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and ensure that both our operations teams and customers experience seamless, professional support. Working in close partnership with the Senior Web Manager, Content Specialist, Web Editor, Project Management Office and campus stakeholders, the position helps coordinate website initiatives, facilitate content migration efforts and ensure projects remain on track across teams and timelines. This role serves as a central coordinator for website projects and content operations, managing content requests, coordinating stakeholders, supporting content governance, and maintaining the university's web presence to ensure information is accurate, current and aligned with institutional goals. p>In addition, PNC generally provides the following paid time off, depending on your eligibility: maternity and/or parental leave; up to 11 paid holidays each year; 9 occasional absence days each year, unless otherwise required by law; between 15 to 25 vacation days each year, depending on career level; and years of service.
