Ensures accurate entry of privileges, arranges authorization process to allow practitioners electronic medical record access, makes all appropriate entries into the credentialing software to activate the practitioner and ensure practitioner inclusion in rosters, directories, and reports. Major Responsibilities: Provides support in the day-to-day coordination of the medical staff functions, which includes preparing for meetings, coordinating the credentialing and privileging process, participating in quality assessment and improvement activities which may include peer review and performance data. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to running and formatting performance reports, creative trafficking and tagging, building and uploading campaigns, QA support for campaign builds and optimizations and participating in and taking notes during internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations. Over time in the role, we expect Account Coordinators to be responsible for learning and mastering the areas below: - Develop suggestions on activation strategy around campaign builds, overall themes, hierarchy, audiences, parameters, and ads.
p>In partnership with the Intermountain Social Services team, the DBC leads divisional data governance efforts, including compliance monitoring, outcome measurement implementation, and coordination of required data-sharing with multiple state HMIS systems.
