Coach and mentor FQMs across the regions Provide strong Quality leadership in support of business goals and objectives Lead Quality for all customer work, FieldCore staff, and fixed facilities including Tooling centers, leadership for any Quality Coaches/QA/QC teams With the Region leadership team, build a Quality Culture throughout the organization - one where defects are not accepted, created, or passed-on. Drive a Culture of Quality where quality is built-in to the planning process, enabling teams to do their work right the first time, where processes are followed in execution, where shortcomings and defects are captured as non-conformances, where problems are fed back into the organization for accountability and resolution, and where ideas and lessons learned are captured for future improvement.
