The job requires a bachelor's degree with major coursework in geography, civil engineering, computer science, or closely related field with emphasis in geographic information systems and three or more years of experience working with geographic information systems, including two years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS software; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
