Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP proficiency, and the ability to communicate with process fluency and credibility to a demanding, data-driven customer - ideally with an understanding of how Tier 1 automotive supplier programs run, from launch through steady-state management. This role is the operational and analytical backbone of the program - tracking demand signals, managing inventory obsolescence exposure, and pulling and interpreting data directly from Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) to keep both MSBS and the customer informed and ahead of risk.
