Maintains tracking logs of financial transactions, ensures vendor payments are accurately posted using data reporting tools, coordinates with Procurement and other stakeholders, and assists with urgent payment resolution as needed. Reporting to the Senior Director for Presidential Administration and working under the guidance of the Vice President and Chief of Staff, the Assistant Director operates in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment as a trusted financial partner to stakeholders across the University.
The mission of ChemMatCARS is to develop and operate world-class synchrotron x-ray facilities in the areas of small-molecule crystallography, liquid interface scattering, and anomalous small and wide-angle scattering to serve the needs of ChemMatCARS users. The University of Chicago's Annual Security & Fire Safety Report (Report) provides information about University offices and programs that provide safety support, crime and fire statistics, emergency response and communications plans, and other policies and information.
The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience: Must have a minimum of an AA in Child Development from an accredited college or Must be enrolled in AS program with 30 credits, but at least 15 must be in Child Development/ Early Childhood Education, Must have Gateways IT Credential Level 4. Relates well with children and adults. The Assistant Teacher is responsible for contributing in the classroom team in planning, organizing, and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool and/ or Head Start children.
