Any of the following within the last five years will be considered evidence that the applicant does not have good moral character or habits: -Conviction by any local, state, Federal, or military court of any crime involving the illegal use, carrying, or possession of a firearm; -Conviction of any crime involving the illegal use, possession, sale, manufacture, distribution, or transportation of a controlled substance, drug, narcotic, or alcoholic beverage; -Conviction of a crime involving felonious (felony) assault or an act of violence; -Conviction of a crime involving unlawful breaking and/or entering, burglary, larceny, or an offense involving moral turpitude; -A history of addiction to alcohol or a narcotic drug; -An applicant cannot have been declared incompetent, by any court having jurisdiction,by reason of mental disease or defect; or have been involuntarily committed to an institution for treatment of mental disease or defect by a District Court Judge; -No prior revocation of Security Registration or License. In this crucial role, you will monitor transit activities, address security concerns, and provide assistance to passengers to maintain the peace and order of our transit systems.
