Manage Inpatient Care: For applicable settings, provide psychiatric services to inpatients, assess and diagnose their conditions, participate in treatment planning, and conduct regular reviews for all assigned inmates. Mental Health Unit Leadership: Participate in treatment programming and planning for the Mental Health Unit, including regular staffing, collaboration with mental health staff, case discussions, medication management, and general psychiatric input.
