Oversee exterior grounds maintenance across all properties, including landscaping, debris removal, snow and ice management, parking areas, and overall site appearance to ensure safety, cleanliness, and positive presentation of the agency. This role is responsible for managing contractors and vendors, supervising maintenance operations, coordinating construction and repair projects, and ensuring all properties, grounds, and vehicles are safe, functional, and aligned with agency needs.
