Service Requests may include, but not limited to: boiler repair and cleaning, range and hood fan repairs, refrigerator/freezer repairs, items that main the property, such as appliances, walls, fixtures, flooring, plumbing, heat calls, electrical (except where a licensed electrician is required), painting, spackling, drywall repair and/or installation and hole patching.
