Perform daily and preventative maintenance for the apartment community, including appliances, plumbing, HVAC, minor electrical, gate systems, pool operations, and all amenity areas, while keeping the maintenance shop clean, organized, and properly stocked. Maintain all common and amenity areas—including models, clubhouse, leasing office, grounds, parking decks, compactors, weight rooms, and pools—in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
