Include but not limited to: ⢠Social Media, Communications & Production Support Provide operational support for film, media, video editing, or production-related projects (knowledge of film or production workflows is a plus) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders involved in media and content initiatives Support projects connected to global ministry initiatives, ensuring cultural sensitivity and alignment with mission and values Support film, media, and content production projects; familiarity with production workflows preferred Assist in social media content workflows, as needed by the Director Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather assets and ensure the timely delivery of content Monitor basic engagement metrics to inform content improvements Capture and support the distribution of stories, events, and ministry highlights across platforms Ensure all communications reflect brand consistency, cultural sensitivity, and mission alignment. Minimum of 5 years of administrative or project support experience Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional knowledge Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, speed, and efficiency Experience supporting contracts, documentation, or legal/administrative processes Familiarity with HR operations or people strategy support Experience maintaining databases, analytics or reporting experience is a plus Knowledge of marketing, film, media, and/or production (including video editing skills) and environments preferred Understanding of or experience with global ministry or nonprofit work preferred.
