li>In this role, you will: • Manage high-visibility, strategic capital projects • Manage focused teams • Run meetings • Make regular update reports • Execute major equipment purchase contracts • Replicate existing equipment • Ensure effective change management process is utilized, including achievement of all MESH requirements • Develop training and operational documentation • Implement lean manufacturing methodologies • Support activities associated with large projects managed as an overall program through the ProLaunch process • Maintain metrics for project cost, quality, technical performance, and delivery • Coordinates all risks and requirements of the program into a complete integrated entity • Contractor management while onsite at Eaton in adherence to Eaton's MESH contractor safety requirements • Provides periodic project updates (Project Status Report 4-ups - Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule) • Provides updates to the business units • Some travel required to manage and execute projects across both PDRD and PRD manufacturing sites.
