10+ years of experience in civil engineering and land development design. Proven project management and team leadership experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing projects across multiple jurisdictions (MD, VA, WV, or PA) is highly desirable. .
