Lead daily operations across maintenance, yard, and logistics functions Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows to meet production demands Manage transportation planning, routing, and delivery coordination Support and develop supervisors, drivers, and operational team members Partner with internal teams to align priorities and ensure execution Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained/repaired and operating effectively Monitor performance, manage costs, and support operational reporting Assist with hiring, training, and performance management Help maintain a safe, compliant, and well-organized work environment. Primarily based in a production/shop and yard environment Regular interaction with equipment, materials, weather, and active work zones Schedule typically aligns with first shift, with flexibility required based on operational needs Occasional extended hours or after-hours support will be needed.
