p>This role involves: ā¢ Supervising staff ā¢ Coordinating with other managers and team leaders ā¢ Managing projects ā¢ Engaging in business development activities to maintain and grow client relationships ā¢ Staff supervision, training, mentoring, and coaching of employees ā¢ Meeting objectives in safety, quality, human resources, finances, and risk management ā¢ Staffing projects with appropriately trained and certified personnel, maximizing staff utilization and project profitability ā¢ Serves as a Community Leader, partnering with other office leaders to give S&ME visibility in the community and professional organizations ā¢ Coordinates with project managers and leaders, project managers in other services, regarding potential opportunities and supports them with resources needed to win and complete projects.
