p>This role involves: ⢠Supervising staff ⢠Coordinating with other managers and team leaders ⢠Managing projects ⢠Engaging in business development activities to maintain and grow client relationships ⢠Staff supervision, training, mentoring, and coaching of employees ⢠Meeting objectives in safety, quality, human resources, finances, and risk management ⢠Staffing projects with appropriately trained and certified personnel, maximizing staff utilization and project profitability ⢠Serves as a Community Leader, partnering with other office leaders to give S&ME visibility in the community and professional organizations ⢠Coordinates with project managers and leaders, project managers in other services, regarding potential opportunities and supports them with resources needed to win and complete projects.
