p>What Youll Do: • Oversee the full lifecycle of gas engineering projects-from scoping and proposal development to scheduling, budgeting, and quality management • Prepare proposals, project plans, project schedules, extra work authorizations, submittals, and project closeout documents to ensure on-time, compliant project delivery • Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management by serving as the primary client contact, resolving issues, anticipating needs, and ensuring alignment across all project phases • Manage project financials, including forecasting, cash flow, resource allocation, and subcontractor payments • Act as a "seller/doer," developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas • Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team.
