Structural design and analysis for a wide range of buildings projects, involving steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and archaic building systems.

15+ years of progressive work experience, including supervision, preferably in project and staff design engineering or architectural design but may include other relevant types of engineering including startup, field engineering or plant operation in large industrial plants, utilities, process plants or engineering/construction firms.

p>What Youll Do: • Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex bridge designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents • Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with multidisciplinary engineering disciplines and project management staff • Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in vital infrastructure • Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions • Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required • Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required • Professional Engineer (PE) license required • Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws • Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred.
