Working onsite with the Project Team to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for Industrial projects - primarily Water/Wastewater Treatment plant construction but also factories/production facilities, data centers, focused mostly in Northen Virginia, District of Columbia (DC) and Baltimore area.
Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents (submittals, RFI's, expediting material deliveries, payment of Subcontractors/Vendors and Owner pay requests).
Overview: Ramos CS, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is actively hiring a Project Engineer (Systems - TPSS) to perform a wide variety of professional engineering work in a field setting on a transit capital program's Transit Power Substation System (TPSS) portfolio. The Project Engineer is directly responsible for field oversight of TPSS construction, installation, and commissioning activities, and reviews the work of Authority, State, and Contractors in accordance with the applicable Design Criteria Manual, Construction Manual, and all governing specifications.
The Data Center Project Engineer will be part of the onsite Construction Management team and will own the communication coordination with our vendors, information workflow, and coordination of document management including requests for information (RFI), change orders, report, and schedule updates. You will work alongside partner teams such as Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning to build Data Centers that directly support our Customers.
