Budget Analyst State of ArizonaBudget AnalystPhoenix, AZDevelops, analyzes, and manages budgets including preparation of annual and new-program budget requests; monitors obligations, fund transfers, and agency financial activity; oversees continuous improvement of inflows and outflows; performs regular review and approval of financial transactions, electronic funds transfer batches, retailer adjustments, and non-sufficient funds reports; and administers debt collection and reporting with the Attorney General''s Office (AGO) and General Accounting Office (GAO). Plans, manages, and submits required deliverables for the annual State Budget process, including preparation of budget issues and strategic planning proposals for OSPB submission, presentation, and approval; serves as a primary point of contact; responds to OSPB and JLBC inquiries; and prepares and submits agency requests for Capital Improvement and Building Renewal programs.
