Build, maintain, and update project finance financial models, including construction and term debt cash flows Perform DSCR, liquidity, reserve, and restricted payment calculations Update models for loan draws, funding events, amendments, and term conversions Assist with reconciling modeled cash flows to actual results in coordination with Accounting and Asset Management Support cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis.
