Manage the Service Line/Program Indirect Costs to ensure compliance with corporate policies regarding indirect labor and travel and monitor indirect cost goals and actuals throughout the year to ensure the cost structure is aligned with the Gross Revenue, Indirect Costs, and Operating Income plans; take action to adjust as necessary to meet/exceed goals. In order to qualify as a Senior Program Manager, demonstrate at least ten (10) years of related experience showing progressive leadership and management responsibilities in a program of similar nature, managing multiple contracts and showing the ability to lead multiple teams comprised of diverse team members.
