Duties include, but are not limited to; working with Area Personnel, Operations Support, Engineering, Construction and other area Leaders to ensure efficient performance of all facilities, developing/training employees, managing shift work schedules, overseeing and pursuing excellence in the company's safety program, responding to emergency situations, ensuring gas quality, coordinating shut-downs through Gas Control, working with the legal department, working with the ROW group regarding new or proposed easements, property owner complaints and lease renewals. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position is accountable for leading a team of employees that are responsible for the Compression, Pipeline, Corrosion, and Measurement operations and maintenance (O&M) activities associated with compliance according to DOT 192, TX State Oil and Gas Board, EPA / DEQ, OSHA regulations, and Inter-Company / Industry related policies and procedures at Carthage Compressor and Pipeline facilities.
