div>In this strategic and impactful role, you will help lead Enterprise Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives across Blue Origin's entire mission set, and will be responsible for developing S&OP methodologies, processes, training, tools, and governance, required to operate and execute company wide Sales and Operations Planning successfully, on schedule, and on budget. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for helping lead multi-functional teams, managing customer and stakeholder expectations, supporting financial performance, monitoring contract deliverables, and driving disciplined program execution across geographically dispersed locations. - Understands and complies with the Loss Prevention Awareness Program and is responsible for Store Loss Prevention which includes maintaining a large Customer service presence on the sales floor, Customer and Associate engagement and heightened Loss Prevention awareness.
- Responsible for security of building including entrance/exit control (Associate entry/egress, receiving door, daily trash removal, etc.), Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) devices daily function check, Cash Office security, armored carrier pick-ups and register area.
