When process, policy, or procedure changes are developed by the Chief Nursing Office or Nursing Directors, the Clinical Care Supervisor is responsible for directing staff to the information, assist with implementation of the changes, working with staff to complete competencies as needed, and providing feedback to the Nursing Directors.
