What your days look like:
- Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board.
ul>Provides weekly individual, triadic, and/or group clinical supervision to master’s-level practicum students, clinical trainees (PsyD students), and/or Associate MFTs/PCCs/SWs, in accordance with BBS, BOP, and University policies. Must have completed (and maintain) required clinical supervision training according to applicable BBS regulations to supervise pre-licensed MFT/PCC/SW trainees and associates; two (2+) years of clinical supervision experience preferred.
May include ongoing coordination and maintenance of a portion of the Learning Management System (LMS), such as Helpdesk activities, Instructor-Led Training (ILT) coordination and upkeep, Skills (Assignment) input and maintenance, building and maintenance of Learning Plans, Epic Training support and the development of less complex elearning, or a combination of thereof. Other duties may include the following:
Accountable for and supports appropriate education requests, system wide education programs, learning initiatives and education related special projects for staff, students, providers and external customers.

p>The Associate Program Manager will work closely with the Program Manager and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day program execution, track deliverables, identify risks, drive actions to closure, and support customer and leadership communications. 3+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, engineering program leadership, systems engineering, or related roles supporting complex technical programs.
