p>High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree Instrumentation Technology, or a related discipline is highly preferred Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a relevant process industry (e.g., manufacturing, power generation) At least 2-4 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience in an E&I role Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems (up to 480V/higher voltages as needed), motor control systems, and process instrumentation.
