Depending on the candidate's background, delivery of projects can include but is not limited to project management, construction management, engineering design, utility coordination, outside agency coordination, funding management, right-of-way procurement, public outreach and engagement, cost estimation, specification writing, project scheduling, consultant procurement (RFP's), contractor procurement (RFB's), reporting, and similar type work. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects of various complexities and scope, have experience managing project budgets, have effective time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project issues and obstacles.
