p>Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, or a related field; four (4) years of experience in a responsible administrative/management capacity, including experience performing high-level functions to support the implementation of programs and experience developing and implementing training programs for departmental management and staff; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Serving as a key liaison between Division Managers, Business operation managers, fiscal managers, and leadership staff, this role helps align organizational goals, budget planning, employee development, and operational priorities.
