This opportunity is with an established General Contractor that specializes in converting existing Buildings and Structures into complex buildings / industrial complexes and is looking to expand its foothold even further into the Critical Facilities Market. Be the point of contact with the clients onsite at the project location, represent the company in project meetings and any other contractors, GCs involved with the project, act as key Liaison with managers of all company departments.
Openly and confidently communicate with all other parties involved with the project, establishing trust and rapport with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and local union officials. Effective communication skills to motivate your team, delegate tasks, and present proposals to clients with competence and confidence.

Preferred Requirements and Education: * ERP Expertise: Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is highly preferred; familiarity with similar construction-specific ERP systems is beneficial.
