Desired Qualifications: • Experience developing drawings and specifications to define requirements for vessel repairs and modifications • Experience leading or supporting schedule mitigation efforts during project execution • Exposure to subcontract management of suppliers including requests for proposal, specifications, and statements of work • Familiarity with system safety concepts such as Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) or Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) • Experience with failure investigations • Knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly processes and quality control • Experience with marine coatings, ballast systems, piping, or HVAC installation oversight • Prior experience in a team-based shipyard construction management environment.
