Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related degree required OR 10+ years of progressive HR experience in lieu of degree SPHR/SHRM SCP Certification preferred Minimum 3 years experience in benefit design, development, and implementation required Minimum 3 years experience in the analysis of benefit usage required Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, decision-making, project planning and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, e-mail, Word, and PowerPoint, and internet explorer Demonstrated successful communication skills leadership skills Knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filings, and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit programs. A member of the Human Resources division leadership team, assists in setting priorities, defining division goals, and developing a unified strategic plan, while overseeing the day-to-day benefits functions of the Human Resources department.
