POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Growth & Digital Strategy Manager to drive demand generation, digital performance, and measurable business growth across our portfolio of business and private aviation services.
As Growth & Digital Strategy Manager, you will design, manage, and continuously optimize our digital acquisition and performance programs across multiple business units and geographic markets.
Operations include, but are not limited to, production, inventory, cleanliness, staffing, team member development, cash handling, safety, training and Guest service. Support sales efforts and general business transactions by developing courteous and productive relationships with Guests and vendors.

p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: - Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.
- Conducts and or arranges for all required facility testing including but not limited to fire extinguisher testing, elevator testing, sprinkler system testing, smoke detector testing and battery replacement, and fire inspections.
This role requires someone with strong working knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and spirits, but also someone who’s comfortable jumping in wherever the team needs - including supporting the kitchen, managing the shift flow, and handling daily cash and reporting duties.. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage complex consulting engagements, working closely with public sector clients-particularly state and local transportation authorities-to deliver innovative solutions and drive impactful results.
