p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field (required) 10+ years of progressive sales experience in Aerospace and Defense, with a demonstrated track record of closing complex, technical, six- and seven-figure deals Proven experience selling capital equipment into technical and manufacturing environments Experience managing and developing a sales team - you know how to coach, not just manage Ability to bridge engineering and business conversations - translating complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions for customers Strong existing relationships across A&D primes, defense integrators, or DoD program offices Comfortable traveling 40-60% to customer sites, trade shows, and the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho headquarters. Experience with government contracting, including FAR/DFARS, contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M), and the defense procurement lifecycle Background in advanced manufacturing, composites, additive manufacturing, or adjacent technologies MBA or advanced degree Experience selling into aerospace and defense markets such as; hypersonics, re-entry systems, UAV, or satellite programs Familiarity with ITAR-controlled environments and classified programs.
