  Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily programming of The Mendel Balk Yachad Center, including scheduling, activities, and in-person staff supervision.

This individual will oversee gym operations, recruiting, training and developing a high performing team, building and retaining a strong member-base, teaching amazing classes (leading by example), providing a world class customer experience and establishing the business in the community through marketing and partnerships. Your schedule will generally remain consistent from week to week and the management team will work together to ensure we have all business hours/needs met.

The MPD works collaboratively to maintain a culture of nursing excellence by ensuring the Magnet framework and essential domains are enculturated and hardwired into the organization through coordination, education, and consultation with team members and leadership.

The Magnet Program Director will:

• Maintains expert knowledge of current Magnet requirements and ensures organizational awareness and success by serving as a liaison to the ANCC Magnet Program Office.
