INTRODUCTION Under the supervision of the Vice President of Grants, the Program Manager (Family Planning and Sexual and Reproductive Health) will directly assist with developing programmatic infrastructure related to family planning and sexual and reproductive health services; as well as supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures relevant to managing the Title X Family Planning Services Program, and other grant funded programs.

The Program Manager will work closely with the WomenLeaders India Fellowship teams in the United States, the program partner team in India, cross-functional Vital Voices teams, trainers, and participants to effectively serve women leaders in India and across the Vital Voices network. The Program Manager will report to the Director, Leadership & Social Impact and will play a key role in supporting strategic execution and management of the WomenLeaders India Fellowship, ensuring the program is delivered with excellence, on time, within budget, and aligned with department and organizational impact goals.
The Program Manager serves as a primary customer interface, leads cross-functional execution, coordinates technical and programmatic activities, manages subcontractors, and ensures all contractual and internal commitments are met.
