This role is responsible for coordinating scheduling, supporting retail sales associates, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring smooth communication between our internal teams and retail locations.
Basic Qualifications: • Must have a completed Bachelors degree • Strong understanding of licensing process and requirements for the Department of State and the Department of Commerce • Experience utilizing ITAR license exemptions and EAR license exceptions • Thorough understanding of different license types and ability to differentiate needs between licenses • Experience developing and/or improving export strategy • Experience interfacing with International Trade Compliance (ITC) • Thorough understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) efforts • Proven track record of project management from development to completion of special projects • Ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers and customers • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Strong business acumen • Strong process discipline with focus on efficiency and optimization • Proficient in Excel, Word, SharePoint and MS Teams.
