Direct the Manager and/or Assistant Manager with the training, management, and evaluation of Family Care Coordinators (FCCs), Referral Coordinators (RCs) and Donor Family Services (DFS) staff in the application of donor criteria, suitability and physical evaluation, to include the issues of authorization, hospital -specific dynamics, documentation, follow-up, meeting documentation deadlines, and post-donation family services. Key Responsibilities: Guide assigned staff toward accomplishment of LifeLink's mission and goals; including selection, training and development, scheduling and job assignments, coaching and counseling, appraisal and recognition, and recommending promotional and disciplinary status: Direct work planning in conjunction with the Manager and/or Assistant Manager; approves call schedules, vacation requests, expense reports, etc., to ensure adequate staff and adherence to policies.
