Juris Doctorate Degree supplemented by five (5) years of previous experience that includes litigation and criminal law with an emphasis on prosecutorial experience or comparable felony trial experience with demonstrated effective and progressively proficient work as an attorney and proficient legal performance in a supervisory role; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
