As a subject matter expert, the role advises leaders on complex employee relations matters, leads high‑risk and high‑impact case resolution in partnership with legal, compliance, and other stakeholders, and helps mitigate organizational risk. The Senior Consultant also provides thought leadership by developing and implementing employee and labor relations frameworks, policies, and training, and by coaching leaders and colleagues on best practices, policy interpretation, and legal considerations.

Provide technical assistance on a wide range of capital infrastructure and other projects including preparation of environmental assessments and environmental impact statements under the National Environmental Policy Act, environmental due diligence services, habitat assessments, wetland delineations and reports, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and other related environmental documents. Conduct tasks related to environmental assessments that include but are not limited to land use planning/facility siting, pipeline and/or transmission line routing studies, renewable energy desktop and field-based environmental assessments and reporting, and development of permit matrices and risk assessments.
Complete risk assessment evaluations for moderately complex accounts: small manufacturers such as food processors and metal goods producers, restaurants, educational institutions, medium-sized distributors, auto dealers, and moderately sized fleets. Traveling to customers may entail long-distance, overnight travel, and/or multi-night trips depending on the needs of the business and alignment with territory and/or geography.
This role owns how solutions are designed, integrated, governed, and evolved across access, clinical, and revenue cycle domains, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational reliability as organizational needs change. Success is defined by clear architectural decisions, reduced system fragmentation, predictable change, and Epic environments that support clinical and operational workflows.
