Lead Level: Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering with a minimum of eight (8) + years of relevant experience in the design of electric utility transmission systems This experience must include a minimum of two (2) + years of demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience over project teams and/or junior staff.
