Serve as ambassador of administration by providing high level of customer service (i.e. polite & professional telephone etiquette, prompt response to physician needs & requests, prompt & courteous response to all customer needs and/or concerns, etc.).Coordinate and manage other administratively directed functions as assigned. The Executive Assistant acts as liaison between department directors, staff, and assists with special projects, transcribes minutes from various meetings and assists staff, guests, patients, families, staff, etc.
