Ability to sit for approximately 15% of the time; ability to run, walk, sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, lift, squat, and move throughout work areas as required in supporting the residents as required approximately 85% of the time. This is accomplished through the implementation of person centered planning, individual goals, promoting development of life skills, community integration & self-assuring experiences in a manner that is consistent with the policies and procedures of Hills and Dales.
