Required Qualifications A.A.S. in Process Technology or similar technical field with at least 5 years of relevant experience or 8+ years of experience in manufacturing in chemical, petroleum, materials, or similar industry Minimum of 6 months of leadership experience in a manufacturing or technical environment and a strong desire to learn, grow, and improve Engaging leadership skills and a drive to build an outstanding team and to treat others with integrity, respect, and fairness Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Must be capable of passing a respirator fit test and occasionally wearing a respirator during operations Willing and able to lead a team on rotating shifts in a manufacturing environment Excited to work on a small, fast-paced startup team Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this role is based on relevant experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. What you'll do Provide hands-on, tactical leadership to a team of Process Technicians in the commissioning, initial startup, and transition to full operation of a new ion exchange bead manufacturing unit.
