While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

Key Responsibilities: Operates analytical instruments and equipment and performs physical analysis in support of production and non-production engineering, quality, and manufacturing groups. Evaluate test results and generate test reports that meet the needs of the customer including graphical representation of data and historical evaluation and interpretation of test results.

p>The ideal candidate has experience with CNC programming, sheet metal fabrication, CAD/CAM software, and automated manufacturing systems and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This hybrid role combines hands-on machine operation with CNC programming, process optimization, and troubleshooting across multiple fabrication cells.

Education: Associate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Life Science -OR- High School Diploma or GED equivalent Work Experience. •Participate in a team-based, multi-shift manufacturing environment by actively engaging in inter-shift communication and maintaining high quality in-lab housekeeping.
