Key Responsibilities: Execute daily production plans and meet operational goals Supervise line setup and ensure smooth production flow Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and GMP/SOP compliance Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, with yield loss tracked Coordinate plan changes with supervisors and other departments Address shortages, damages, and production issues Support training, cross-training, and team development Collect and review production data and reports Make real-time adjustments to staffing, schedules, and equipment as neededDaily DutiesReview production, quality, and productivity reports Track staffing and update production boards/systems Monitor all department operations (Assembly, Kitchen, Prep, Pizza, Picking, Housekeeping) Conduct product and operations review meetings Assign and support employee training Weekly DutiesCreate and manage schedules for lines, departments, and employees Review performance and production data reports Participate in internal operations meetingsAdditional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned.
