Defining criteria for personnel advancement;
Administer coaching/counseling as required in a timely manner;
Enforce personnel policies and procedures; complete and submit all associated paperwork in a timely manner;
Assists in the selection of staff;
Control employee overtime hours.
Works with Corporate Engineering group on all new installation/refurbishment projects; Monitors daily scrap and regrind totals to ensure that all material usage is being maximized and scrap is kept at a minimum; Actively meets with customers to insure quality is being maintained and customer expectations are being met.
